Doç. Dr. Meneviş Uzbay Pirili, lecturer of Department of Economics of School of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Ege University visited Polat Makina with a board consisting of undergraduate and doctoral students.
Lecturers of Department of Economics of School of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Ege University visited Karaburun after the establishment of Zeytince Association. The board visited İbrahim Polat, the President of Polat Group Board of Directors who opened the olive school in order to protect the natural and cultural assets in the region, especially the olive and olive products.
The board hosted by İbrahim Polat in Polat Group Reducer building, one of the Polat Group companies listened the 40-year-success story of Polat Makina from İbrahim Polat.
Then the board visited the farm of İbrahim Polat in Halaçlar village. Polat showed the boutique olive oil factory which he had established particularly for the lecturers.
Lecturers who were amazed by the things they had witnessed in the farm appreciated the perseverance of İbrahim Polat who followed and moved his dreams to the future.
Then the board returned to the factory and visited the factory where Polat Group reducers are manufactured and Polat Makina where continues system olive oil machinery, industrial decanters and milk-cream separators are manufactured.
