Beverage and Food
Beverage and food sector is one of the sectors which use motor gear units. In-plant intralogistical applications are commonly used in storing, washing and classification lines of raw materials and mixing, kneading, shaping, cooking, bottling/packing units in facilities where beverage/food products are produced.
Beverage Industry
High-volume tanks are used in beverage industry to store raw materials. Additives to be used in content of products to be released pass through dosing units where sensitive and reliable driving systems are operated, then additives are sent to the mixing tanks. In addition to foil cardboard box used as packing container, metal boxed or glass bottles are also preferred depending on the quality of products. Packing containers are sent to filling units through conveyors.
Food Industry
In food industry, agricultural products to be used as raw material are cleaned, separated, classified and washed depending on their qualities. A series of process is needed to be performed until product packing process. Depending on quality of product to be released, raw materials drawn from silos are sliced, mixed, kneaded, moistened, shaped and cooked. Hygiene and energy management is the most important matter to be focused on during all these stages.

PKD Series
It may be the drive solution in various conveyors used for heavy load transfer where movement is to be directed at 90°.
